A bet or just festive?

Every morning I take the train in to work. Every morning there are business men, business women, students and half asleep children sitting upright, sleeping or slouching their way to their destinations. This morning people were laughing. Why? It couldn’t be because half of SEPTA is on strike and so the train cars were overcrowded. No. It was because in the car in front of mine, sitting up straight reading a paper was an over 35, average looking man. Why did this make everyone smile? Because he was dressed from head to toe in a tiger costume. The kind of costume that has a hood that comes up over your forehead with the ears sewn on. Do you think he lost a bet?
