Short weeks, not unlike short buses
I hate these short work weeks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they’re short but either I’m trying to cram 5 days worth of work into 2 and half (our office closes at noon on Wednesday and we get Friday off too) or everyone is on vacation and I’m bored out of my skull. Oh yeah, I HAVE work I SHOULD be doing but why should I be working when everyone else is off enjoying themselves?

Same here. I'm off on Fri too, only because Mag's daycare is closed.
I'm seriously trying to work.... I just can't get motivated.
I gave up about 3 hours ago. I send out e-mails and all I get back are "Out of Office" replies. Why bother?!
We'll be in town for the Parade tomorrow. UGH! I hate parades.
Stand in the freezing cold for 2 hours & watch a bunch of people I don't know walk by.
If it weren't for Maggie, I wouldn't be there!
