So you know when you are talking to a customer on the phone and going on and on because you are actually pretty longwinded and you notice that it’s a bit quiet on the other end so you repeat their name a few times, realize you lost them, hang up and wait for them to call back all the while wondering, “Hmm… I wonder how long ago I lost him?” and then realize it was probably a good three or four minutes ago? Yeah me too.
